Once you place your order, we will process your order within 1-3 nature days, you can receive our gaming chair within 3-12 nature days at the earliest after we ship it! We also provide 7*24 hours online service, 30 nature days return and refund guarantee service!

To place an order:
Finish adding items to your shopping cart
You may choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal.
– If you wish to continue through our website checkout, please click on the “Checkout” green button located on the right side of the screen.
– If you wish to continue through PayPal, please click on the PayPal button
You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter:
– E-mail address
– Name
– Address
You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
Once you have completed the form, click on the “Complete Order” button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

All of our transactions are in US dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated by the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. There may be a transfer fee.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

We accept PayPal payments. When you checkout with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you have

two options:

1. If you have a PayPal account, you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

2. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button, and you’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment via PayPal without creating an account.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address. We do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original payment method.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Please contact us within seven days from receiving your order if you received incorrect merchandise, missing, and defective. Please include:

Your order number.
Photographs of the item(s).
All related references upon receiving your package.
We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which your local customs office determines.

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
